Feature: Case Management Tools

In the recent December Release, Clarety has added a new feature to the Case Activity Editor. 

Cases and Activities can now be assigned to a team of users or a certain department. Activities such as assigning a phone call, a task or a reminder can be assigned to an individual or a group of users. 

You start by creating teams or departments. Then, use the existing assignment tools to assign cases or tasks to a team.
