Update: File Manager

In the latest release of Clarety, there will be an update to the File Manager.

The File Manager interface design has been modernised and it now gives you the ability to drag-n-drop  multiple files for upload at once.

Feature: Contact Change Log

In the recent April release, Clarety has added a new feature to Contacts: the Contact Change Log.

The Contact Change Log records changes made to a Contact, when the change happened and who applied it. It logs changes applied to Contact Preferences, Addresses, Phone Numbers and Email.

Update: Tracker has been moved

In the latest release of Clarety we've made some improvements to the Tracker.

 

For convenience, the Tracker for websites has been moved into Clarety Content as shown below.

 

The Click Tracker for emails has been moved into the Communication Activity as shown below.

 

Furthermore, the Click Tracker now tracks each link or button individually.

Feature: Case Management Tools

In the recent December Release, Clarety has added a new feature to the Case Activity Editor. 

Cases and Activities can now be assigned to a team of users or a certain department. Activities such as assigning a phone call, a task or a reminder can be assigned to an individual or a group of users. 

You start by creating teams or departments. Then, use the existing assignment tools to assign cases or tasks to a team.

Update: Versions Menu Item

In the recent release of Clarety on the afternoon of 6th October, Versions will have a dedicated menu.

In the Versions menu you'll find:

  • New Version
  • Delete Version
  • Switch Version
  • Version History

Switch Version is a great new time-saving tool that makes it easy to navigate between Versions.
